I only ship on Mondays that way they aren't sitting at the post office. Live arrival guaranteed. If there happens to be DOA I need 2 pictures of DOA within 2 hours of receiving your package/snails. I will replace the snails but I can not reimburse shipping. These babies are home bred by myself and are healthy to the best of my knowledge.
