Description: Offered here is a 14” handmade doll with painted facial features, medium brown synthetic wig with full bangs and tied in queue at the back of the head. The doll is made of muslin and is firmly stuffed so that she is able to sit. She is dressed in natural fibers – dark brown dress with lacy edging at collar and arm holes, half petticoat with pintucks and ivory eyelet trim. She also wears pantalettes and camisole with machine-made lace trim. Her shoes are black Mary Janes with attached soles. The doll is not signed that I am able to see, but she is carefully made and well maintained. She is offered “as is” because there is a small snag under her right eye that looks like a bruise in the picture but is much less obvious in person.
