Description: This is an original Victorian paper advert from "The Builder" dated 1862 - "The Builder" was a weekly journal of architecture published in the UK in the 19th & 20th centuries. Overall size of the paper including any margins is approx 7 1/4" x 3 1/2" (18.5cm x 9cm); as the item has been removed from a publication there is unrelated text on the reverse side. The item appears to be in good shape for its age but please review the photos to best establish condition prior to purchase.
