Description: Waltham pocket watch with serial number 7540832 is an 18 size, 17 jewel, lever set P.S. Bartlett movement that dates to 1897-1899 era. Watch comes in a nickel swing-out case. The watch movement does not run. Balance staff and hairspring are shot. There is a dent in the frame of the movement at 12 o'clock; it looks like someone tried to put it back in the case wrong and shoved the pendant down. Crystal is heavily scratched. Dial has a chip by the lever set and some faint hairline cracking. Swing out nickel case is in pretty decent condition, no dents. Buying as is for parts or a project. See photos for more details.
