Description: This is a 1926-S brilliant uncirculated silver VAM Peace Dollar showing a thin die crack on its obverse almost entirely visible throughout its circular form around the coin. The die crack starts at the lower neck at the neck and "1", runs up through the left field, through the spikes on Liberty's crown, down the back of the cap, and ends at the lower back of Liberty's neck. No other 1926 S VAM recorded like this die crack error. She looks to be at least in near gem condition to me. A real beauty. Miniscule, minimal contact marks. Full luster. Coin is encapsulated in an art tite.
