To make the missing pattern yoke piece, piece B: put the sleeve, front, back bodice together overlapping seams, as if you are sewing it together. Then trace the missing hole. Pull apart and add seam allowance.Hint: I would never use a vintage pattern; I would always trace and use the pieces I created. This way as you altern the pattern to fit, you are only alerting the trace pieces. I store everything in one acid free envelope, paper clip your pieces together and make notes on if you increased/decreased area's so if you make again, you know your adjustments. .
