Description: This week I'm offering a number of old non-sport cards from various vintage sets. In 1936, some company (probaby Gum Inc. of Philadelphia) issued one of the first non-sport gumcard sets, "Pirates Picture Bubble Gum." The set of 72 cards showed scenes of violence and action, precisely the sort of thing that young boys everywhere would enjoy. The cards remain very popular with collectors. This is card #32, "I've Got You At Last." It's in pretty rough shape, with heavy corner wear, surface wear, and a neat little punch hole the original owner apparently felt was needed (see scans for condition). Still, not too bad for for a card that's nearly eighty years old. This would be a terrific addition to any collection! Payment is via PayPal; shipping is $2.25 for First Class Mail, and postage will be combined for multiple winnings. Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution
