Description: Ice cap for a ratrod with patina. This thing shines well but the chrome isn’t perfect. Whit paint is worn as well. Fits 14” and 15” wheels that take 10.5” hub caps. No dings or dents in the face that i could tell but there are a couple around the outer lip. Several specs of rust in the chrome starting.
