I think the body and outfit go together because of the psychedelic look. The head seems to be the remake of the color change barbie. Although I do remember that you could buy just the head to update your barbie look and I see other barbies advertised with this combination of body and head. So, with that said the barbie is the twist at the waist, knees bend, arms move forward and backward and up and down in a circle. The arms do not straighten out. One hand had a ring there is a hole. Both ears had earrings they both have holes. The nose has a dimple or flaw. The feet are arched for stiletto shoes. Long Blonde hair in a ponytail. The hair has streaks of color that match the outfit. Outfit is a jumpsuit. No shoes or accessories. Just Cool!!
