Description: Weighing in a 9lbs even, we have a 100% original, 1966 Fender Precision Bass.The pots date to 18th week of 1966, the pickups have handwritten dates of 7-20-66 and 8-2-66 (I think, check the pics and you be the judge), and the serial number is 245552.The guitar shows some honest wear and has most certainly been played. The neck finish has worn off in just the right way. However, the frets are almost all the way there. No doubt a result of wearing flat wounds its whole life. The body is in pretty good shape with the expected wear, as the pics show.It has the mysterious "ES" stamp as many 66's do.It comes with a case that it is very nice condition, but MAY be from the late 60's.
