Has normal wear... no deep nicks or bends.Includes the horn cap mount. This wheel isnt "sticky" as so many us baked wheels are. Still has good shine. The factory part number cast in the wheel is 9752584-2 so it's an early one. Has nice horn button and mounting hardware. Ready to bolt on and go.
