Gem mint - Gem Mint. virtually perfect card. 4 perfectly sharp corners, sharp focus and full original gloss. Free of staining of any kind, but an allowance may be made for a slight printing imperfection if it doesnt impair the overall appeal of the card. Image must be centered on the card with a tolerance not to exceed 55/45 or 60/40 on the front and 75/25 on the back. Mint - Mint. Superb condition card with only one of the following major flaws: very slight wax stain on the back, minor printing imperfection or slightly off white borders. Centering is 60/40 or 65/35 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the back. Nm/Mint - Near Mint/Mint. Superb high end card that first appears mint, but upon further inspection, the card can exhibit the following: slight wax stain on the back, slight fraying on one or two corners, a minor printing imperfections, and/or slightly off white borders. Centering 65/35 to 70/30 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the back. Nm - NearMint. just a sligh surface wear visible upon close inspection. There may be fraying on some of the corners. Picture focus may be slightly out of register. A minor printing imperfection is acceptable. Slight wax staining is acceptable on the back of the card only. Most of the original gloss in retained. Centering must be 70/30 to 75/25 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the back. Corners show accellerated rounding and surface wear is becoming obvious. card may have scratching, scuffing, light staining, or chipping of the enamel on the front. There may be several creases. Original gloss may be completely absent. Card may show considerable discoloration. Centering may be 90/10 or better on the front and back. Fr - Fair. Cards corners will show extreme wear, possibly affecting framing of the picture. The surface of the card will show advanced stages of wear, including scuffing, scratching, pitting, chipping, and staining. The picture will possibly be quite out of register and the borders may have become brown and dirty. The card may have one or more heavy creases. Card is fully intact, but can be heavily worn. Missing pieces may include removal of the backside layer, or an entire corner. Centering is 90/10 or better on the front and back.
