The side windows and circle window over the door all glow when ornament is plugged in. The house has snow on the roof, porch and step; the entire base of the area is snow covered with footprints trailing behind the Claus'. The tower of the lighthouse is a red and white candy cane stripe. Around the top is a look-out area with a second penguin looking out with a telescope. The Look-out has light blue railings. The light, under a green shingled roof with snow on top, is incased in a glass cylinder. The light will blink on and off when the ornament is attached with the power cord to a light socket on a set of miniature lights. Instructions are included in the ornament box.Ornament plugs easily into light bulb socket on miniature tree light string. Using only with standard U.L.-listed light string of 3.5- or 6-volt bulbs.
