Description: 2013 D WASHINGTON MOUNT RUSHMORE QUARTER SOUTH DAKOTA “MAJOR” ERROR OBVERSE CLAD This quarter has several errors going for it. (1) The entire obverse & reverse has a clad error. (2) Die chips or edge marks in the forehead of the president in the reverse (3) Mainly it has a Bulge / hump in the obverse. This is NOT due to a BB or strike from the back. This looks like a die error where part of the die was missing or broke and it left this bulge. You can look at the back where the bulge would come through and the coin is undisturbed, his hair line and design are intact.
