Description: 24K GOLD PLATED STERLING SILVER CHALICE AND PATEN SET This is a beautiful vintage chalice, dated 1945 on the bottom. The chalice stands at 9 1/4 inches tall. Nice details around the node and around the bottom edge. Three small (real) diamonds in the cross on the base. The entire chalice is sterling silver and 24 karat gold plated. The flat style paten has a diameter of 5 1/2 inches There is an inscription under the paten that reads "Sacrifice and oblation you sought not, but a body you have prepared for me".
