Info on the characters from Wikipedia Adbelahide, Adele, Adela or Adelaide of Aquitaine (also known as Adelaide of Poitiers; c. 945 or 952 – 1004),[1] was Queen of France by marriage to Hugh Capet, King of the Franks (c. 939 – 14 October 996). Adelaide and Hugh were the founders of the Capetian dynasty of France, which would rule France until the 18th and 19th centuries. As queen consort, Adelaide had some extent of influence over her husband's governance of France. Adelaide is typically only briefly mentioned in connection to her husband, Hugh, and her son Robert II. Hugh Capet (/ˈkæpeɪ/; French: Hugues Capet [yɡ kapɛ]; c. 940 – 24 October 996) was the King of the Franks from 987 to 996. He is the founder of and first king from the House of Capet. The son of the powerful duke Hugh the Great and his wife Hedwige of Saxony, he was elected as the successor of the last Carolingian king, Louis V. Hugh was descended from Charlemagne's son Pepin of Italy through his mother and paternal grandmother, respectively, and was also a nephew of Otto the Great. The Post Office has to try hard to damage my shipments. Unfortunately about one out of every couple hundred times they succeed. Shipping Costs I will always try to group multiple purchases in one package to reduce your shipping cost. Wait for an invoice if you win more than 1 lot. Feel free to remind me though, it never hurts. I attempt to ship 1st class when possible or flat rate small box. I do not add the costs of boxes and shipping materials. Note: If you pay for multiple lots with multiple shipping costs your refund will be lower than if you request a combined invoice. If an item is offered internationally it will ship through the Global Shipping program. I have no control over their shipping costs. Communication- To Me If a bidder wins a bid and has other items they are bidding on that have not ended yet just let me know. If payment needs to be delayed let me know how long. I'm not concerned about eBay knowing there is a problem but they take forever to close a resolved case and in many instances delay the resolution due to the time frames they follow.
