Description: Spectacular Aesthetic Movement/Moorish Taste triple armoire in rosewood. Circa 1875. Boldly detailed, with one large center door featuring an original beveled mirror and crowned with a serpentine Gothic inspired central decoration and two smaller left and right wood doors, finished with large ebonized finials. Each section has ebonized scallop trim. Four ebonized columns with a finely incised and spiraling gilded floral motif and well carved capitals flank each door and follow the curve of the crown. The base consists of deep ogee moldings some of which are also ebonized. Fine, ornate original brass hardware and keyed locks. The side cabinets are set up for adjustable shelving. We will customize, hanging or shelving to suit. The armoire completely disassembles for moving. Fine restored condition. 112" tall x 88 " wide x 26 " deepest ( center section). The end sections are 20 1/2" deep. LOCAL PICK-UP AVAILABLE AT NO COST!
