Any minute wear on the base is commensurate with its antique age and prior lifetime. This slender flared form porcelain vase features ashen tone Pink roses on matte green background as shown. It is hand painted and has a scalloped rim trimmed with gold glaze. It is marked on the bottom BELLEEK WILLETS symbolically. Please see my photos for your best assessment.
