Description: Incredible antique / vintage Navajo made silver box. It is made in the design of a Hogan, a traditional Din house. I have never seen another. Unsigned. Measures about 4.25" across the base and 4.75" across the lid. Base is 1.5" tall, and total height with the lid is about 2.5". A natural turquoise cabochon is set in the top, and the doorway is a petrified wood cabochon. It is hand hammered and hand stamped. Hinge is intact. Likely coin silver, possibly sterling, but sells as silver colored metal with unknown silver content. Has been polished at some point. Make an offer on this awesome piece.
