Description: Offered is an adorable flapper's art deco vanity accessory. This hat stand most likely originated in Germany. I have had some in the past the the German stamp on the bottom. This little doll face is very pretty, has feminine features, blond hair, light brown eye color, red lips and cute felt cloche hat and collar.
