Antique English Porcelain Minton Devon Embossed Dessert Comport Patt 6113 C.1860

Description: Gorgeous low dessert comport in Devon Embossed shape made by Minton in the late 1860s. Condition: The comport is in very good display and usable condition. Some minor signs of wear commensurate with age. There are 3 minor repairs on the underside (see the last 5 photos). These cannot be seen from the top and hardly visible from the side. There’re no further chips, cracks, repairs or visible crazing. Note: All our items are vintage/ antique and previously used, unless stated otherwise. Therefore, some wear marks are to be expected. For antique pieces (ie items which are over 100 years old), kiln dusts/ kiln splits which happened during production process should not be seen as flaws. Antique pieces were fired using coals as supposed to gas fire so temperature control was not always accurate.
