Description: Offered is a Victorian era tin spice box and 6 tin canisters from the 1880-1890's with original nutmeg grater. Box and tins are black. There are traces of the gold gilt tole painted accents on the box and lettering on canisters. The box measures 9" x 6" x 2 3/4". Canisters each measures 2" tall and 2 3/4" wide. Grater measures 5" x 2" x 1". There is a tin for Nutmeg, Cloves, Cinnamon, Allspice and Ginger and Mustard. Grater fits into a groove on the underside of the lid for easy storage. Box and tins have wear to paint, finish, etc. Please see photos, all sides are shown.
