The reality is that old postcards are, after all, old postcards. The postcard may have erased pencil markings that won’t appear in the scans, which is frustrating given that dealers often annotate them over time. Please note that the scan may not always accurately depict the edges. Some minor spotting could go unnoticed due to the scan being overexposed.
