RUFFLES ENCIRCLE THE WAIST AND ARE ALSO PIPED IN TAFFETA AT THE EDGE WITH SKIRTING FALLING LONG NO CLOSURES, MUST BE SLIPPED OVER THE HEAD TO BE WORN CONDITION: SOLD AS ACQUIRED, VERY AS IS IN CONDITION. THERE ARE EIGHT DOTS OF EMBROIDERY MISSING FROM THE TOP. UNDERARMS HAVE LIGHT STAINING WITH ONE HAVING A SMALL HOLE. THERE IS A LARGE CLUSTER OF HOLES AT THE SIDE SKIRTING WITH ONE FINGERTIP HOLE.
