Description: This is a very rare new complete vintage Lucas Constant Energy Ignition Kit for all MG Midget, MGB, Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite, Sprite, Austin Mini Cooper and Mini models 1956-1974. This was boxed and assembled by John Stamps Racing Inc, in the early 1990's and includes New Lucas Electronic Distributor with a ignition advance mechanism specially made for competition engines to improve performance and avoid detonation. The spark plug wires are made of Lucas racing steel core wire for improved reliability. This kit includes the purpose made Lucas High performance distributor with high performance wires and ceramic connectors, Lucas AB14 Ignition Amplifier #48039, Lucas Sports Coil, mounting bracket and wiring. This kit contains detailed instructions for high RPM use and takes you step by step on installation and includes diagrams. This is the last and only kit we will ever have; the amplifier alone is over 450 bucks. You will never need to install burnt up points or adjust them again. Your car will still have original Lucas CEI sports ignition. Please look at the pictures you cannot buy this kit anywhere and all the parts are hard to find. This has been boxed since the early 1990's and was made by a company that just raced MG Midget, Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite and Austin Mini Cooper models.
