Nothing that I could imagine would noticeably impact image. Minor wear on the barrel. This lens could be mounted on a camera for use in general film photography, wet plate, or other alternative processes. This lens does not contain an aperture or shutter. See example image taken of what I saw on my ground glass when focused at a target at portrait distance. (No, the antique camera in the example image is not included). This lens has a lot of potential for interesting bokeh / out of focus blur; and I was impressed by the sharpness on my ground glass. Rack and Pinion function well for focusing, which is convenient for camera set ups that lack bellows focusing. What I don’t know… - I am pretty sure this lens is a triplet design, which was common at this time period with these lenses, though I am not sure. - I am also not sure what the aperture is, though based on the focal length and diameter of the front element, I would guess between f6.3-f6.8 - I do not know what the maximum image circle is. It can definitely illuminate 4x5 (see example image) and I would not be surprised if it could illuminate larger, especially at closer focusing / portrait distances.
