All international returns will incur a return fee of $25.00. You must provide addresses in English. We are unable to send parcels that are not in English. We do not accept returns for wrong product purchased or change of mind. If returns are accepted for wrong product purchased or change of mind, a 20% restocking fee applies. We do not cover the cost of the return, and the delivery fees paid to our postal partner is not refundable. Unauthorised returns will not be refunded. Damaged returns will not be refunded. All dangerous goods with express post will be cancelled and fully refunded as dangerous goods cannot be air lifted. Products will be dispatched in 5 business days for all standard and express parcels. For international customers, we do not cover any duty, tax or charge by your local customs.
