The model has a corporate road name of Chicago Northwestern System, 216 This has DCC and Sound. This locomotive is a beautiful replica of North American heavy haul railroading. Its wheel configuration is 2-8-2 and it is made of plastic and metal materials. It was manufactured around 1990 and made in China. It was an extremely successful design. The USRA Heavy Mikados used pretty much the same running gear as the Light Mik's, but the boilers were 10 inches larger in diameter and they had larger cylinders as well.
