Bucherer Heritage Worldtimer Limited Edition for Hodinkee is a contemporary interpretation of a classic 1950s world timer pulled from the brand’s archives. A simplified world timer measuring 39mm, it’s a COSC-certified chronometer with Carl F. Bucherer’s characteristic peripheral winding system. Limited to just 150 pieces worldwide, we have 50 watches with a unique-to-Hodinkee caseback engraving available now in the Hodinkee Shop. The stainless steel case measures 39 by 10.25mm – wearable but entirely modern. The central dial is a matte-varnished blue with engraved rhodium hour markers, while the external 24-hour ring is semi-matte and circularly brushed, providing a slightly contrasting, two-tone effect to the contemporary and monochromatic dial. The dial delicately balances retro and modern features in a way that brings the golden age of globetrotting into today.
