Description: This auction is for a 1941 Ten Rupees banknote from Ceylon (P-33a). Graded Very Fine 20 by PCGS Banknote with a comment of "Ink Stamp" on the back. This note is obviously circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, obvious ink stamp); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (hard to tell if there are any tears due to the note being in the holder); two staple-type holes/inner tears holes that I could see.
