Clue in the Old Stagecoach~True First Edition~Near Fine book- Nancy Drew

Description: Up for your consideration is "The Clue in the Old Stagecoach" written by Harriet Adams in 1960. It has the original text. This is a true first edition of the popular Nancy Drew book- an 1960A-1 according to Farah's Nancy Drew Guide. This is a beautiful Nancy Drew copy with practically no edge wear to the bright cover and barely any soiling to either cover except for light soiling to the back bottom of the dj. There is some minor bumping. The tweed is a rich blue color with absolutely no fading; there is bumping to the bottom of the spine as well as a tinge of edge wear to the top. The dj has just a tinge of edge wear. It really displays lovely in its' detachable mylar cover. The front flap lists a synopsis of the story. The book and its dj meet all the points of a true first "Old Stagecoach". I was very happy to receive this fine copy. The book features artwork by Rudy Nappi. The black and white endpapers are referred to as "blue and white multi-pics". The book and the pages are nice and clean with only minor soiling to the edge. The front flap someone spilled something on the edge but it's not significant, just worth mentioning. The back flap lists to this title. The back of the dj lists to Dana Girls "Haunted Lagoon". Inside the book lists to itself and again to Dana's "Haunted Lagoon". All in all a lovely copy with very little wear. Please see the photos. I took a number of them so you could see for yourself. I'd rate the dj as Excellent+ and the book as near fine-. Don't let it get away! I go out of my way to find the books in the nicest condition available. I genuinely appreciate people who send me their hard-earned money so I like to give out freebies. This book comes from a critter-infested home (one rambunctious little kitten).
