Chest pockets with buttons. The straight hem has side All buttons and seams are intact. There’s a tiny spot on the front to the left of the 4th and 5th buttons. I hand washed this. Perhaps it’ll come out in the washing machine with special treatment. The blouse dried nicely not needing any ironing. The tag is faded a bit so I do not know the material. I guessed on it feeling like rayon. The pictures are the best description of this blouse, it’s measurements and condition. This is the one I will ship. ME
