The spinner attaches to the dolls back (when carried), and attaches to her feet to operate. The spinner will function, and spin the doll around when the feet are put in the slots, and she is pushed around on a flat surface. The best part is, it’s made of ABS plastic, NOT THAT OVEN BAKED CLAY!Each piece has been embossed with "Starlight". This was part of the mold making process, not added after the fact.
