Description: ESP USA M-II NTB Solar Flare This is an ESP M-II neck thru body 6 string guitar with Solar Flare finish, made in USA, mahogany body with a maple neck, ebony fretboard, Floyd Rose, Schaller strap-locks, Sperzel Trimlock tuners, 24 extra jumbo stainless steel frets, and Fishman pickups. I bought this guitar brand new a few years ago and I find I don't play it much these days, primarily because of the extra jumbo frets that I have never been able to fully get on board with (I'm used to an Ibanez JS2400, which has considerably smaller frets than this). This guitar looks stunning in person and when you hold it in your hands you can feel the quality and craftsmanship that went into this ESP USA. The guitar in stock condition had direct mount passive pickups which have been changed out to Fishman active pickups. Specifically, these are the Fishman Devin Townsend signature pickups. I did not modify the body of the guitar to install the pickups. The 9 volt battery for the pickups is in the wiring cavity. There is a push-pull coil tap for the bridge pickup. One of my bad habits whenever I'm doing pickup swaps or setups is I tend to lose the screws. The biggest 'flaw' with this guitar is I have lost all of the screws for the back plate, and all but 2 of the screws for the wiring cavity. I have this guitar setup with 46-10 strings and 2 tremolo springs just to make the whammy bar feel a little lighter. I can't find any flaws on the guitar - no dings, dents, or scratches. The solar flare finish could probably cover them up pretty well, but I have literally gone over this with my eyeballs 2 inches from the guitar and I can't find anything. This ships with the original case, the original paperwork, and the original locking tuners with the part for your guitar strap (in the bag with the round ESP sticker). The original pickups are not available to be included. The original allen wrenches are also not available for inclusion, but those are standard for most guitars. Also included, but not pictured, is the fret protector that is a piece of plastic with the ESP logo on it that you put between the strings and frets during transport. I will ship this to the US for the cost of shipping according to Ebay's shipping calculator.
