The plastic cases were cracked and taped together. The outer slipcover shows damage as well. Season 9, Disc 4 shows noticeable wear from the manufacturer. It's tested and working. All of the other discs are in excellent condition. It includes all 44 discs total. There is an empty spot that makes it look like there is a disc missing, but there aren't any discs missing. There are 4 discs for Season 9. All 44 discs are included. This confused me when I first purchased this boxset. Ships in a very carefully padded cardboard box.
