This Buddy Series hose assembly will work with the Mr. Heater buddy heaters, models MH9B and MH18B, even if the unit is 10 years old. The F273072 also works with the Big Buddy heaters. The fuel filter is not needed if using the F273072 but a fuel filter is recommended for use with the F273704. There are three hook ups for a 20 pound tank on the Big Buddy heater. Two are threaded one on each side. Then there is one that is a quick disconnect. The quick connect is on the left side of the heater. This hose would connect to the threaded connections with no filter needed.
