This piece comes exactly as shown with the original box. The piece itself is in fantastic shape, with no chips or damage to the enamel or piece. The box is also in good shape but does have some scuffs here and there. I looked around on this piece but could not find any stamp for 18k or anything like that, so not listing as such, I just wanted to be clear on that.
