The preparation improves impaired joint function associated with all stages of osteoarthritis.4. How to use Flexiseq Active• For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.• Apply the gel twice a day, morning and evening, around the affected joint, unless otherwise advised by your doctor. Apply the appropriate amount for the size of the treated joint:– For the knee, shoulder or hip joint - squeeze out the amount of gel according to your index finger.– For ankle, wrist or hand fingers - squeeze out the amount of gel equal to half of your index finger.• It is important to individualize the amount for the joint.• Wash hands after use.• It is important to allow the applied area to dry before covering with clothing. Otherwise, the effectiveness of the preparation will decrease.• Allow Flexiseq gel to dry for at least 10 minutes or until the skin is dry before covering the applied area.• If the gel does not dry within 10 minutes, you probably applied too much. Try using less next time.• If the gel dries in less than 10 minutes, use more next time.• You can shorten the drying time of Flexiseq by following these steps:– Warming the skin before application.– Using the medium heat function of the hair dryer after applying the gel.
