It does have a couple of tiny dings on the back of the foot joint and a couple of other shallow scratches we pointed out in the pictures.This flute is in great condition and still plays great! It has outstanding projection and good action. You will be amazed at the tone improvement with sold silver. The sound is warm and sweet as you would expect from Gemeinhardt!It was just overhauled and received all new pads. These great older models are better built than anything built today especially in this price range. Remember when we used to build things that lasted? Here it is. AND It has the fantastic copper beryllium springs that last several lifetimes. It comes in its original french style hard case with the Gemeinhardt logo still in great condition.
