The liner outer band will dictate the size inner band you can use so do look at the chart below The size 53 liner will fit a size 62 helmet shell and outer band size The size 54 and 55 liner will fit a size 62 helmet shell and outer band size The size 56 and 57 liner will fit a size 64 helmet shell and outer band sizeThe size 58 and 59 liner will fit a size 66 helmet shell and outer band size The size 60 and 61 liner will fit a size 68 helmet shell and outer band size THIS IS HOW YOU FIND OUT WHAT SIZE INNER BAND YOU NEED The way you find the inner band size is to look on the side of the outer band it will list the inner band size and the shell size, the smaller number is the inner band size. If the marking is too faint to read you can make a very exact measurement down to the millimeter of the circumference of the outer band and that will give you the nominal band and shell size.
