Hawthorne Village John Deere Creek Village

Description: Rare retired lighted Hawthorne village building from the John Deere Creek Village collection. This village collection captures the spirit of Americana in a Winter/Christmas village setting. This item was manufactured in 2004 and has the sculpture number listed on the base of the building (see photo). This item was part of a subscription offering and is Issue #12 of 36 (product #91482/14-17910-012) from the collection - Post Office. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity located on top of box (please note that manufacturer return label is no longer valid). It's a beautiful hand-painted sculpture to add to your Christmas/winter village or display standalone. Comes with power cord (with on/off switch) and light bulb located separately inside the Styrofoam box. The bulb clips on to the base of the building. When lit, windows illuminate around the building. Item is in mint condition and has never been displayed. It was just removed from the box to inspect and take photos. Please note that this item has been stored in a warehouse for many years and the Styrofoam box has wear, dirt and markings on the exterior. Unlike Department 56 or Lemax, Hawthorne Village buildings do not come with pictured cardboard slipcovers - only the Styrofoam box as shown in the photos.
