Description: Hawthorne Christmas Village The Simpsons Barts Treehouse **Small break on the limb of a branch on the front of the tree. I almost missed it until I was packing it back up. Easy to hide with a small touch up of paint. See last photos. The rest is in great condition. I managed to get the battery compartment open after all and the light in the treehouse works. All of the buildings in this collection come with Certificates of Authenticity and come in the original styrofoam. This set is in gently displayed condition. I will try to note any flaws or repairs made to the pieces but please use the photos as part of the item description. Please see the last photos to determine size. Because I am not the original owner I am unsure of what might have come in the original boxes. Listing is only for what is in the photographs. If figures or other accessories were originally with a building they will likely not be included because of loss or breakage.
