Rise: 10" Inseam: 30" Waist: 30" (pants stretch, so some definite leeway) All in all, a nice new pair of scrubs for a great price. I listed them $5 less than other sellers because they aren't technically straight off the shelf new. That being said, they'll definitely look the same as the store bought pair after they are both washed for the 1st time!!!
