Description: From the Heritage House collection Melodies of Christmas, this fine porcelain heart-shaped trinket box plays the Christmas melody, Silver Bells.Although the exact year and manufacture country are not indicated, we suspect this was likely made in Japan or Taiwan in the 1980s. The wind-up "key" for the music box is stamped SANKYO. The music mechanism is positioned inside the lid top and covered by a red felted board. The music plays and has a nice lilting, cheerful tune. Quite pleasant to hear. The lid of the box bears a lovely design depicting a bough of assorted evergreens, two pinecones, flowers, holly berries, and the focal point are the two bells, one pink, and one blue. For many more vintage Christmas items, click HERE to go to our vintage Christmas collectionNote: Please click to expand the Seller's Notes above for extra information about this item's condition details.Ships from a Pet-Free and Smoke-Free Home.Shipping Note: We refuse to profit from your shipping, and we will include multiple options so you can select the mailing method that works best for you and costs you the least.
