Beautiful vintage signed autographed 1992 Legends Sports Memorabilia Postcard, Third Series Card 8. The postcard came from Legends Sports Memorabilia Magazine. The autograph was obtained in person when Mr. West was a longtime General Manager and NBA scout during the 1980's and 1990's at the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament held annually in Portsmouth, Virgina (see photo of me with Mr. West at the PIT).
