Description: Deutsche Grammophon captured a series of special concerts at which John Williams has conducted his music with some of the world’s greatest orchestras: Berliner Philharmoniker, Wiener Philharmoniker, Boston Symphony and Saito Kinen Orchestras. This Limited Edition shaped picture disc presents four different recordings of John Williams’ “Imperial March” from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back with these orchestras. It is a 12-inch picture disc single, cut in the shape of Darth Vader’s helmet. Side A 1. Imperial March with Boston Symphony Orchestra 2. Imperial March with Saito Kinen Orchestra Side B 1. Imperial March with Wiener Philharmoniker 2. Imperial March with Berliner Philharmoniker CONDITION NOTES: FIRST PHOTO IS STOCK PHOTO; SUBSEQUENT PHOTO CONTAINS ACTUAL ITEMS. Items are brand new, fresh from the shipping pack(s), still sealed. never opened. There is some mild bending/warping of the corners of the clear plastic sleeves in which the disc is sealed (see pic), but this is an artifact of the packing/shipping process; assuming that you are going to remove the discs to either frame or play them, that should not matter. The disc itself is unaffected and brand new, untouched.
