This is a classic 80's rock album that no music fan's collection should be without, with some very early and first time performances from bands you may have heard of that went on to become famous for at least one song. I am not a professional grader but I think everything appears to be in Good or better condition overall and I try to take close-up photos of all damage, such as rips and seam splits, etc. I give everything a close visual inspection and try to under-grade what I think they may be.
