Lovely Handmade Gunne Sax Dress, Size 12.

Description: This beautiful handmade dress is a Gunne Sax reproduction, (original GS pattern) made with a cotton blend material and featuring a stunning floral print of blue, lavender, and pink on a white background. With a prairie style that is perfect for any vintage lover, this dress is a size 12 and is sure to fit beautifully. The dress was made in the United States, making it a high-quality and unique piece to add to any wardrobe. This dress is a size 12 and fits the following measurements : 34" Breast, 26.5" waist, 36" hips. This is a form fitting dress as most Gunne Sax, so take heed the measurements. The circumference of the skirt is 108" and 28 3/4" from the waist to hemline. (Due to the 12 sections that make up the skirt, it's fun to twirl around and around.) There are seven small dark lavender buttons down the center placket that sit on a dainty piece of dyed lavender lace. The fabric is a preowned piece of cotton and the denim side panels are from repurposed levis from a friend. As I focus on both vintage and preowned fabrics, this dress fits in both categories. I made GS dresses for me and my friends back in the 80s. I really do enjoy making the style and am glad to be doing it again.
