Description: Update: We’ve been receiving a lot of questions about where to send items, so here’s a clarification: 1.Shipping Instructions: When you purchase, send the EIS with the key to the address listed. Make sure the EIS is for one of the following models: W207, W204, or W212. 2.Processing Time: We send the items back the day after we receive them, as long as there are no issues. If there’s any problem, we will contact you directly. 3.Include Contact Information: Please write your phone number on a piece of paper and place it in the box. This will help us reach out to you if needed. 4.Tracking: As soon as you receive a tracking number, you’ll know that I’ve received your item and it’s on its way back to you. Please Note: •I’m trying to keep prices low, but answering the same questions repeatedly slows down the process. This is an important update—please read the entire listing carefully! "If your steering lock is damaged, it will cause your car not to start. Most of the time, it will prompt you to remove the key. Also, you won't hear the steering lock disengage. Simply mail us your EIS (Electronic Ignition Switch); ensure it doesn't get damaged, and also send us your key. If you're unsure, I wouldn't remove the steering lock just in case your key is the problem. We will send a video proof if this is the case. Your key can be damaged even if the buttons work. When removing the steering lock, it's normal to have to drill it out unless it's stuck in an unlock position. In that case, you can unplug it and plug in the simulator. Just ensure the EIS/Ignition doesn't get damaged during removal. In the rare case that the key is bad and the steering lock is bad. There will be an additional $110 charge. If you only have 1 key we will also allow you to have a 2nd key made for a $90 charge. It would save you hundreds in the future if you lost the only key. Please leave that in note with phone number. !! There are no refunds if you have a bad key and choose not to get a new key. We will fulfill the order and continue to program the emulator but the car will not start with a bad key. The same situation for eis if eis is damaged during removal or was the issue the whole time. We will still program the steering lock and will suggest you get an EIS cloning service. We will replace the steering lock with an emulator that will bypass the lock. These locks are not crucial, and even if you spend hundreds on getting a new one programmed, it can get damaged in the future with use.
