Description: San Marzano Mini Orange Tomato Seeds Info: The San Marzano Mini Orange tomato is the bite-sized version of the famous San Marzano tomato. The prolific indeterminate plants can reach about 65" in height and bear huge amounts of the small, oval, dark orange and fleshy tomatoes which have few seeds. They have the typical San Marzano flavor: an intense tomato flavor with low acidity. They are excellent for fresh snacking, snacking, pasta sauces and preserving. Care: You can grow tomatoes inside the house in a hydroponics system, in a greenhouse, or outdoors. Cover the seeds only slightly with soil (max. 5 mm). The optimal germination temperature is between 68°F and 77°F, and germination occurs after 8 - 14 days. You can speed up the germination process if you leave the seeds to soak overnight in a damp cloth. You should wait until after the last frost to plant your chosen plants outdoors. Tomatoes need fresh, well-fertilized, permeable soil which is kept moist (but not wet). They should be planted in a very sunny, protected place with a bare minimum of 6 hours of direct sunlight - preferably more.
